Do you clean both underground and overhead tanks?
Yes. You can enquire about either tank separately or arrange cleaning for both. Mention the number and type of tanks when requesting a quotation.
I don't know my tank size. Can I still get a quote?
Yes. Send photographs and any approximate measurements you have. If more information is needed, we'll explain what to check.
How long will the cleaning take?
This depends on the tank's size, the amount of buildup, drainage and access. We can give you an estimated duration after reviewing the details.
Will my water supply be interrupted?
The tank being cleaned needs to be taken out of use during the work. Discuss your water requirements when booking so you can prepare for the interruption.
How often should I arrange cleaning?
The right interval depends on your incoming water, tank condition and how quickly sediment collects. If you notice dirt, surface buildup or changes in the water, arrange an inspection rather than waiting for your next planned cleaning.
Will tank cleaning make the water safe to drink?
Cleaning addresses buildup inside the tank. Drinking-water safety also depends on the incoming supply, pipes and treatment. A visibly clean tank alone does not confirm that water is safe to drink.
Can cleaning stop dirty water from returning?
Fresh sediment can enter again through the water supply. Damaged covers, leaks or plumbing problems may also need attention. Cleaning removes existing buildup but does not correct every possible source of contamination.
